"Sky-high expectations" mood effect gives 0 to total mood effect.

this is not bug, but it's indeed can be confusing for new player who isnt aware of it
the basic idea is that once the colony is wealthy enough, the pawn will have a lot of expectation, & thus, no mood buff like when it's still dirt-poor, in this case, 0 buff
