Game stutters extremely bad after placing a pod launcher

So playing a modded game with way too many mods (Probably the problem lmao) and I'm pretty far in my game and just constructed some Pod Launchers, and as soon as I constructed them the game stutters very badly every few seconds, could be a mod conflict or something. I have the debug log and a list of my mods in this onedrive link if someone can take a look and find something that could be causing the problem that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
