When accepting a 'royalty' quest to protect a prisoner of group of prisoners, a notification appears stating the prisoners have arrived, but they never show up on the map. After a few in-game days, I get a notification that the prisoner has died or left and the quest has failed.

Do you still have the savefile from before accepting the quest? It would help a lot.

Cities namespace, perhaps RimCities?
