[1.1] Black bars on main menu before installing any mods

Just updated to 1.1 and there are black bars on the top and bottom of the menu.

Never seen anything like this. You'll want to delete all the game files and reinstall it to make sure that's clean, and then possibly look at video drivers or related issues on your machine.
