I'm french so i play rimworld royalty in a french language , and my problem is ... my sheep give me a wool of ... dromadory !!!  and second problem , when i kill an alpaga , this one give me a leather of ... dromadory !!

could you see that and resolve this problem ? thanks a lot !!!!

I am one of the French translator of the game. I will check for that.
I will never do worse than what I do now.
It's what self-improvement means.

my shepp give me exactly  : dromadory hair ( poil de dromadaire ) ......  ( not wool dromadory )

NeverPire

It seems dromedary don't give hair anymore in Rimworld and it creates problems.

I have already fixed the sheep wool problem, but the alpaca leather seems more difficult.
I will never do worse than what I do now.

Butchering an alpaga gives real camelhide which can be fused with the camelhide harvested from dromedaries in the English vanilla version too.

It is not a translation issue, but a core bug, you need to wait for developpers to fix it.

Leathers were simplified in beta 19 to reduce the accumulation of small scraps of leather.
There used to be rat leather, squirrelskin, boomrat leather, catskin, yorkieskin etc.
Alpacahide got merged with camelhide.

I understand the principle, as decribed here :

Condensed leathers together into fewer types. Instead of a separate type for each animal, there are categories.

However, keep camelhide as name for a category of leather from different animals seems strange.

I see your point. Camelid leather maybe, there is already panthera fur.
It's getting pretty technical, considering we are still picking chocolate bars from cocoa trees.
