[1.1.2598] Quest site treat building not activates.

I accepted quest "the pirates will activate a sire nearby to harass you.. there is a toxic spewer machine blanketing whole region with poison "
I suppose toxic spewer machine will activate as soon as site will spawn on map. But there is no toxic spewer affect on my map till i enter quest site with my pawns. Aslo , this toxic spewer affect not finish after  destroying spewer machine, so i had to remove it using dev mode.

same bug was seen about a month ago with some sort of Electro blocking machine quest.

Could you upload the savefile? Or even better, is the bug reproducible? I'm not sure what could cause this.
