Cannot use artistic meditation

Hello
My pawn gained first Empire rank and gained psy-ability. Information tab says that she has "Dignified, artistic" meditations available. Artistic - because she has some aristocrat's daughter background and not ascetic type.

But she not using this type of meditation. I have a lot of statues installed at the territory. When I right-clicking on the soul tree - option appears disabled because she cant do natural meditation. But there are no such option (disabled or enabled) when I right-clicking on the statue.

I have no modifications
