How do I use descriptionHyperlinks?

Hey I am a bit new to this. I've created a mod that adds a simple ThingDef, HediffDef and RecipeDef for a thingy, how do I use <descriptionHyperlinks> after the description on it? All Def files are separeted in \Defs\[ThingDef|HediffDef|RecipeDef] folders. Can I use the hyperlink to show a recipe of ThingDef? Because I tried but it didn't show anything after the <description> tag in game. I found that stuff like body parts use this but ThingDef, HediffDef and RecipeDef are located in one file.
