Make AI Persona Core attainable in Phoebe Friendly mode

So I'm playing on Phoebe Friendly mode because I was getting tired of loosing all the time, and to my great joy I have managed to build almost my entire space ship! I would love to actually send it off to space, but unfortunately I'm missing one key component... the AI Persona Core...
In this mode, the AI pod doesn't land and your people don't get posessed by the AI in the pod. That's nice, but you cannot get an AI Persona Core any other way. You can't buy it. No one brings it. You cannot research it.
How do I end my game in this mode?

I suggest creating an option to buy it from Industrial trader ships, or to research it.

Someone* said somewhere that Phoebe skips 80% of the bad things (?)
so if it can drop it might take eternity to do so

Your safest bet would to spawn the AI core incident using the Dev mode in the options menu

She's getting major overhaul in the next alpha if I've understood right
So I'm betting playing on her in the future could be more eventful

Phoebe skips 80% of bad events, has a very small chance for big threats and a huge minimum time between them, so the chance to get the ship crash is abyssmal.
