[1.1.2654] Butchering humanlike gives -social impact but not -moodlet

1. What the circumstances were.
A Bloodlust pawn butchered human corpses while on a caravan, alone.

2. What happened.
None of my colonists, including the Bloodlusted, received any negative moodlets from butchering the humanlikes. However, all the other colonists now have -9 social impact with the Bloodlusted pawn for "Butchered humanlike corpse."

3. What you expected to happen.
Obviously, nobody knew about the butchering because the Bloodlusted pawn was alone on a caravan. Also, nobody's mood was affected. So the behavior with mood and social impact is inconsistent. If nobody else knows that the Bloodlusted (or anyone, for that matter) butchered humanlike, they shouldn't be affected socially.

4. Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.
Take a Bloodlusted pawn on a caravan with a fresh corpse. Have them butcher the corpse at a butcher spot and come back home.
