[1.3.3071] Colonist titles not displayed in Work menu

1. What the circumstances were.
Started a new game

2. What happened.
Colonist titles such as Engineer or Blacksmith don't show up in the Work menu. Giving a colonist a custom title does not change this

3. What you expected to happen.
I would expect to the colonist titles to be shown next to the name, as in "Kirk, Illuminator". Instead only "Kirk" is displayed. This makes it harder to identify what role a colonist has within my colony and what jobs should be assigned as a result.

4. Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine.
Can be reproduced by starting a new game.

Reproduced with version 1.3.3071 (64-bit) with both Royalty and Ideology DLCs enabled, no mods enabled.
