Change blinding eye hediff from "Removed" to "Cut out"

As the title says. It's a small change, but it looks so much better!

I got a starting pawn with "Cut out" eyes, all my blinded pawns simply have patches over their eyes though.

And this is how pawns look like after the blinding, it just doesn't look as nice.
