Archonexus quest should allow bringing artifacts instead of relics

When accepting the archonexus quest, there should be an option to bring an artifact instead of a relic (still total limit of 1 artifact or relic).

Examples of things I'd like to be able to choose from (assuming the colony has one): infinite chemreactors, psychic emanators, vanometric/unstable powercells, art.
