How to make a mod pack

I think it's easy but I really don't know the actual steps to do it. I'm going to make a mod pack soon, and I need help to get it started.

Looks like you have made a few posts asking permissions, that is a good start.

That really depends on what you want to do?
What is the goal of your mod pack, why are you making it?

At the most basic level you could just zip up the folders for each mods to just make it easier for people to download all of them at once.

You could go the path of merging them into a single mod. Copying the content of each mod into your new mod.

Depending on the mods you will want to look at balancing and making them work well together.
Do two mods add a similar workbench or resource? would it work better if there was a single bench/resource for the content of both mods?
