[1.3.3387] Caravan times always in days

The times in the estimation of caravan arrival, both when starting a new caravan and when an existing caravan is travelling, are always displayed in days even when the caravan is travelling a very short distance. '0.1 days' or even worse '0 days' are not very useful, if the value is less than a certain amount then it should really be displayed in hours or seconds, like other parts of the game such as quest times or bleeding out times.

Debuffs from psy skills have a similar issue. They only work a short time but you can only really decipher how long is remaining until it hit the last few seconds.
