[1.4.3528 Biotech] Biological age stays at 0, never changes

I had a turkey that survived some pretty serious attack, and as I was looking at it's stats I noticed it said "age: 0 hours". What's strange is that it was like that for days.

Now one of my colonists had a baby. It is also forever 0 hours old.

When I hover over the age it says "Chronological age: 3 days, Biological age: 0 days".

I disabled all mods and let the game run for a bit, but age stayed at 0. Even newly born animals stayed at 0.

Anyone else having this problem? Is it a bug with the Biotech DLC or 1.4 update?

Not sure if it matters, but these are the mods I was using at the time I found the bug. None of them should have affected the save file though.

  • Harmony
  • Faster Biosculpter Pod
  • some of my own simple patches to lower the probability of some events

I also had "Set Up Camp" but was disabled after 1.4 update. I see it's now compatible but I haven't enabled it yet.

Someone on Steam figured it out - In the storyteller setting, there is a slider for aging rate. For some reason mine was set to 0%.

Not sure how it got like that. Could still be a bug, as I don't recall ever changing those values.
