Caravan members sleep bar capped at 10%.

Just noticed some of my colonist were always sleepy after a caravan ride and after checking on it I discovered that while in a caravan on the world map their sleep bar won't increase while sleeping (not even when forcing rest) but it also decreased till it reached 10% after that the bar didn't go up nor down.

This is the error that keeps popping up in my logs It only pops when there is a caravan on the world map so I asume its this:
