Game freezes for 20 seconds then pawns no longer move. Version 1.4. No DLC.

Hello,

I am running RW with lots a mods and normally it runs fine, but lately I can be playing it and it will freeze for about 20 seconds and then come back, but all the pawns are frozen. I can move about the map and also see the time increasing.

I think it might be as visitors join the map.

What can I do as I love my map?
