How long does it take for your name to appear in the game?

As the title says. I purchased it months ago and my name still isn't showing up in the game (I've been checking the 'name in game' section in the game menu and it does not come up as an option.

My name was accepted pretty quick after submitting it, but it still doesn't appear to be in the game.
