Some books cannot be stored on bookcases

I have a bookcase containing 4/10 books, yet I have a new, 5th book that will not be shelved. I ended up just using a 1x1 zone to keep it indoors. The book itself is named "Olsen's Guide to Herbs (masterwork)", not that that's terribly useful I'm not really sure what to do. My bookcase is set to have all 4 types of books, set at critical priority, and my colonists keep tossing it on the ground.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
