Can someone help me identify the mod conflict

Please help!


I am using SRTS expanded Mod and I can load pawns but not items, I can load items when not at my base. I have tried to fix this by getting rid of all the SRTS mods and replacing it with the carryalls mod but weirdly, same problem. This is the error I am getting:

If I refog the map the error goes away, it only comes back when the area outside my base gets unfogged. I have looked to try and work out what might be causing the conflict but I can't get to the bottom of it.
