Help!! with Pawn Making (more info inside) (errors on making pawn)ASAP

Hi i'm currently developing a mod its called "The Great War" it can be found here

So the problem is the pawns i make they are german soldiers from my mod.. yes they're working fine spawns with the right things does everything they need to do but everytime they spawn an error shows up this error will keep on showing up, because i made them to invade everytime means they will always spawn and error keep on showing up.. i dont know what its for or how to fix it is it about the think tree? or something

all i need is on how to fix those errors

issue may be related to anything, single exception throw cascade of errors due to single threaded nature of game.
