available downloads from 5 to 0 in one download.

This happened with Alpha 6 too, but more recently I went to re-download Alpha 7 due to the hotfix, and like last time I noticed that it took only one download of Rimworld to expend all 5 available downloads.

I'm not sure what causes this bug, I do use a download manager called DownThemAll for Firefox so I dunno if it is an anti manager protection. But either way, I should have 4 downloads remaining since A7 was released and instead I have 0. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely your downloadmanager starts 5 download jobs parallel. And SendOwl sees each request as one download attempt. So you loose all your downloads because your downloadmanager isn't configured to download only one part at a time..
My recommendation is to send an email to Tynan, so that he resets your downloads and reconfigure or disable your downloadmanager for this site. Or you'll have the same problem next time again
