where do i download the hotfix?

i must be missing something obvious but for the life of me i can't find the link to download the hotfix and there doesn't seem to be an autoupdater of any kind...? i kickstarted the game if that affects where i get updates from?

Just re-download it from your SendOwl link. The link stays the same..

I downloaded on the 16th and I just downloaded again using the same sendowl link.  The file is the exact same and now it shows only 5 downloads remaining.  So, whats up with that?
How do we get updates?  And I am limited to the number of times I can download and I didn't know until I waste them?

Your download limit resets with each update
so when your counter jumps to 7 again then there has been an update
Then its time party and download your new shot of rimworld
