[Request] - Bodies of Water Cools Pawns

As the name suggests I would like a mod that gets the water terrain to cool pawns when they walk in it. I want this to be an alternative to the Passive Cooler for Tribals. Thanks in advance!

So soaking wet mood should give a cooling modifier, and water give that mood.
Not to forget that pawn seek water as "destination" when they seek safe temperature.

Hmmm. Weird. I never had them seek the water to cool off before. However I had a pawn die of hypothermia from being wet while in a caravan since they left the map via the ocean.
