Need Some Help

I'm having an issue with right click commands. I can draft people and direct them with a right click, but if people aren't drafted I don't even get a menu when I right click. This means I can't equip weapons, force people to rescue colonists, etc. It's amazing how hard that makes the game. Has anyone come across any bugs that would cause this? I've removed all mods, uninstalled and deleted Rimworld folders, so everything should be clean, but still nothing. I have the same issue in new games as well as my saved games. Happens in 1.0 or 0.18, can't seem to find any reason this should happen.

at last this time you said at last B18 or 1.0.
At your first post at the bug selection you didn't even provide this info so i guess you didn't even read the sticky "How to report a bug".

At first i though it is an user error.
You want to equip a weapon
When you just right click on the pawn and await to popup a menu, you might missing a mod that add this feature.
At vanila gameplay
- select a pawn, then right click on a weapon to equip it.
When this don't work then is indeed something wrong.

Then we need more info's like error log (output_log.txt) and modlist if you use mods.
