[mod request] Social control

It would be nice to have the option for more social control over colonists. Just little things like telling a colonist to talk to another one for a bit to build relationship or have some semblance of control over marriages/divorce/wooing/etc. Maybe let the player have a chance to try and improve a couples relationship rather than just being blind sided by a divorce. Nothing too major just something to give the ability to nudge the characters in the direction I want as far as social elements of the game are concerned rather than being left up to luck.

Does anyone know of a mod that allows this?

Just do it like in reallife.
Force them to work together at example :-)
