Electric generator



Description:
Electric generator
===================
Adds a small electric generator which burns ethanol,wood gas or shale gas to generate power.
Has a start fuel unit which can be useful in the early game.
The fuel ( textures by Monotonical) can be produced in the fuel distillery or bought from the fuel trader.
Needs a fuel tank next to it for filling up with fuel.

Specifications:     

- 125 W power ( start fuel 1/4 day, only inside, must be researched)
- 150 W power ( wood gas 3/4 day, only inside, must be researched)
- 200 W power ( shale gas 1/2 day, only inside, must be researched)
- 250 W power ( ethanol 1/4 day, only inside, must be researched / start fuel outside 1/4 day)
- 300 W power ( wood gas 3/4 day, outside )
- 400 W power ( shale gas 1/2 day, outside )
- 500 W power ( ethanol 1/4, outisde )



Recipes:

Fuel distillery needs 300 W power

- Ethanol : - 20 Plants ( Berries, potatoes or agave )  and 5 metal
- Wood gas : -20 wood logs and 5 metal
- Shale gas : -1 rock chunk and 5 metal ( needs a lot of time to be produced )



Researches :

- Air cleaner : enables to produce power insde buildings.
  Enables access to:
     - Air ventilation : generators produce 20% more power if build next to a wall

- Generator tech 1 : generators produce 20% more power if build next to an other generator
   Enables access to:
     - Generator tech 2 :burn duration increase by 50%

Works fine wich the A2B: conveyor belts & co. by noone :

- generator spawns 5 metal after the fuel is burnt.no more metal burning.
   the generator needs at least one free square next to it to spawn the metal
- warning when air cleaner is not researched yet and the generator is inside
- base price for fuel raised a bit

- fixed bug : 5 lines error message

New Version 0.6.1.2:

- the generator explodes now when low damage ( fire explosion ). has now 400 health ( 150 before ). radius of the explosion is 1,4 ( one square up, down, left and right)
- the fuel tank doesn't burn ( 300 health ) but the fuel ( different health )
- rearranged the UI buttons  lower power first  ( Wood gas, Shale gas, Ethanol )
- changed the code a bit

From time to time you will get access to different courses in art,medicine and social.
The access data notebooks will apear in the trade drop zone so you have to build an orbital trade beacon.
The access is limited in time and expires after 10 days.

Research e-learning and build the learning table.
Try my other mod (some recipes need high artistic skill) Cremation Inc.

Camp fire



Description:
This mod adds a camp fire to the game. Your colonist can now use the power of fire to grill a tasty muffalo steak. To build the camp fire you need metal and muffalo meat. After that light the fire, wait and finally enjoy the taste of a muffalo steak grilled on an open fire.
Update: a new texture which looks a bit more like a camp fire  ;D
Update: Smoke stove added.You can now use the smoke stove to make more durable meals.

Notes:

The fire has a build in lighter but you can also fire it up in other way .

There are two versions of the mod. One for vanilla game and one when you use the wood economy.The wood version needs logs instead metal to be build. I added a smoke stove. The wood version needs wood mulch. Install the preferred one.

Controlled demolition



Description:
The problem:

Your colonists mined a 5 x 5 room but it s full of debris rock ( when Toughrock mod is activated ).

The solution:

  Research  "Controlled demolition", place the dynamite in the room, leave the room, activate. No worry about damaging walls and other structures. The detonation area is 5x5.  You cant even place the dynamite so that you accidentally damage the walls.

Notes:

Works fine with the Toughrock: Concrete Economy mod http://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=2338.0. It is a great mod but i didnt know what to do with all the rock and it took so long time to clear all the rooms. Works also with the vanilla game.
Update: now the dynamite appears to be on the stone.This offers a new issue. You can  see the ugliness of the dynamite texture in all its glory ;)

Nuke and more



Description:
This mod adds a nuclear bomb to the game. Not sure if a little bit imbalanced but nice to see the detonation...Beware! The explosion slows down will freeze your computer for a half minute  ::) I hope you have a  bunker deep in the mountain and sunglasses.
Update: Here is a new bomb: The napalm mine. Research, build, run...Fire the bomb from a safe distance. Explodes in five waves. The igniter charge fires a first bunker buster followed by three waves of napalm. Finally a last detonation will finish the inferno.

I also roll out the incredible uncontrolled-chain-reaction-mine  8) ( DONT use in normal game...its like the name says uncontrollable  ;) Its just for demonstration ) .

Notes:

the napalm mine should be lag free BUT i advise against using two of them in range of each other. I tried it   :)...several times ;D . Anyway this is a feature to prevent the mine from beeing a bit op  :P.
the chain reaction mine is not for use in a normal game but you can try it out. it just doesnt stop to explode ( lag free). if you want, start the mine and relax to the sounds of never stopping explosions ( ok, i cant guarantee that it works every time.rain maybe could stop the chain reaction. )

Cremation Inc.



Description:
This mod adds new ways to get rid of the corpses. You must first research the new technology. Then build a morgue table. After that your colonists can pack the corpses in body bags ( you get a dog tag to count how many corpses your colonists have used). The next step is either to burn the body bags with the cremation oven ( other ways possible as well) or you use the morgue table to build a coffin out of a body bag and some metal ( planks in the wood edition) . Bury the coffin in a stone grave to get +10 happiness and -2 fear or just burn it in the cremation oven.
Research the office table technology and build the table to create different boxes for selling.


============Recipes==========================
The sealed box needs: minimum crafting skill 10 + 10 dog tags + 10 metal (or planks in the wood edition) + 1 bounty licence (or 1 faked bounty licence)
The unofficial box needs: minimum crafting skill 7 + 10 dog tags +10 metal (or planks in the wood edition)+ 1 unofficial bounty licence
The squirrel box needs: minimum crafting skill 5 + 10 squirrel trophies +10 metal (or planks in the wood edition)

Update 6.0:
-the cremation oven can now burn body bags and coffins. in standby it needs 20 W. for burning it needs 500 W. needs the cremation table.
-changed the cremation hopper to cremation table. can be placed everywhere. can store corpses, body bags and coffins.
-changed the trophy cabinet. it can be lighted to get some more happiness (needs 50 W power).if filled with squirrel trophy = +1 happiness ( additional +4 if lighted). if filled with medal +6 happiness and -2  fear ( additional +4 happiness if lighted )
-removed the cremation mine and the fire door
-some more improvements ( text in game, bug fixes, textures)
-not compatible with older saves ( removed some things )                                 

Update 6.1:
-improved the cremation oven: can now count cremations, reduced the burning time, new research added ( halves the burning time)
-changed the trophy cabinet so no yellow warning appears
-some minor fixes

New Update 6.2:
-improved the cremation oven : has now a bar which shows the burning time, some smoke effects when burning,  changed the texture a bit
-the oven has now a interaction square
-some minor code improvements
