Personally if I get a noble or an assassin I lock them up and best them until I can sell them... People Who can't fight get the same treatment.

I was wondering if the program that people are using to make mods is free and if so can someone tell me where to get a copy of it so i can start trying to make my own mods.

Is 5x6 the smallest you can go without the cramped feeling kicking in?  I tend to use 5x5 because i am ocd about symmetry and 5x5 is easier to plan around. :)

Yeah, that's why I only use metal tile. In one mouse motion I designate a whole area.

I also use metal tile to outline my base and any areas i deem a fire hazard to help prevent fires from spreading.

Just a note to people - I will not be upgrading all these mods to a new version if one releases anytime soon.

okay so i played with the wall mod on and it works so i was  wondering if i could have a mod set with just x5 pop, walls, and higher health turrets but not phalanx just normal turrets with more health.

Also if the turret range can be boosted that would be awesome

This is how i currently do it, but i would love it if it happened when stockpiles are implemented.

I am not sure if this was already brought up but what i would love is if we could choose the size of garbage dumps. I like to use them as sand bags and as an area that the enemy needs to navigate to get into my base, but at the moment it gets kinda tricky when i want to make them less then 4x4.

yet they stand on the sandbags to beat out fires for the walls that are not surrounded :/ not a big deal i can manage it :D

I have a defensive wall that consists of a mass of sandbags and a wall to funnel the enemy into my firing line and slow them down. When i was setting it up i noticed that if an object got surrounded by sandbags or walls before it got built that the colonists would not build it. also in the last raid 3 or more boom rats got killed by the crossfire and now i have a fire raging out of control that my colonists will not extinguish and i cannot tell them to do so. I have the area designated as home. also they will not repair any thing that is surrounded by sandbags even though they can walk on it.

I tried to post a save file of my current game with the fire currently raging out of control, but it wouldn't let me giving the to large or to slow to upload message. probably my internet. I am going to play now and hope for a downpour.
