I have super limited knowledge of how to mod and made this mod because though it was absurd that you needed to amputate an arm to fix a scared hand and wanted to learn something about modding in the process. So i don't plan on adding any game expanding features i.e. a surgery table any crafting etc. at least not without hep form someone else. This mod also I guess does not deviate to much from the base game keeping the playing experience close to vanilla.

I am happy to add what ever my mod has and extended surgeries mod or your surgery mod don't have to them respectively, in the interest of improving everyone's game play experience.

In terms of stuff i think would be cool to add would be vaccination and a method for immunization not sure if the game keeps track of who has developed immunity to individual viruses. By extension the infection rates and their mortality would be increased, up to now I have never lost anyone to any virus infection.
I also think that amping up the blood loss severity as now it seems that 30% blood loss means nothing, when you should be unconscious at least. Maybe linking blood loss % to the consciousness health div. This would also need a blood transfusion system to balance it.
Some of the stuff i am thinking about but again i have absolutely no idea how this would be modded in.

If the mod use recipe nurse then yes, other wise maybe.

hook hand made with one metal
replacement prosthetic and bionic
hand
foot
shoulder
Motor skill brain implant - to rehabilitate brain damaged patients gives them higher movement, manipulation and consciousness so they aren't totally useless walking vegetables.

The operating doctor will also now gain medical xp when preforming surgery

open to ideas about balancing etc. not really sure about the numbers don't want it to be too enticing to farm transplants to level doctors.

To install drop the blood bank folder in your mods folder
-RimWorld\Mods
-When game launches find and turn on blood bank in the mods list.

Thanks to JuliaEllie the latest version of BodyBank no longer over writes the traderDef or the racesDef so it should be more compatible with other mods.

What i am thinking about next for this mod would be a drone core brain implant, transforms the patient into a worker just capable of manual labor (hauling and mining?) kills all their other skills and makes them have 0 loyalty so instantly recruit-able.

Another idea would be to add vaccines to the game speed up the immunization process. Not sure how exactly the game treats it is once immune to the flu you can never get it again or you have only gotten ride if it temporarily?

I also made an attempt at a blood transfusion system however that would require more then just the basic xml modding i think? and i have no idea how that's done.
