This mod allows elite-tier pirate enemies (bosses, elite mercs) to use spacer weapons like charge rifle or charge lance.
They also might use added spacer weapons from other mods.
I haven't confirmed any incompatibilities so far, so this mod is probably compatible with any mod.

FAQ

Q)Will your mod make the game harder?
A)Yes, but not so much. Elite pirates can have charged weapons, but it doesn't mean all of elite pirates have charged weapons.
And vanilla spacer weapons are not game-breakingly strong. So you are probably still able to deal with them.
Some weapon mods may have non-expensive, imbalanced, and overpowered spacer weapons. so if pirates had these broken spacer weapons, you will have a tough time, though.

Q)Will your mod make the game easier?
A)Probably not, but you are maybe able to get spacer weapons without researching. Pirate bosses and elite mercs only show up in late-game, though.

I miss B18's more detailed combat log.

In 1.0, Combat log doesn't mention body parts anymore.
I really liked to see things like "Alice painfully impaled Bob's head with her longsword!",
or "Bobs smashed Alice in the right pinky in an explosion of gore."
It was very informative and fun to read.

I realized all trees have exactly same temperature limits.
Trees slow down growing speed at 42C/10C, and completely stop growing at 58C/0C, regardless its species.

I think tropical trees like palm tree should be able to take more heat.

Cocoa tree is supposed to grow in slightly less warm climates according to its description, but its temperature limit is same as other trees.

Pine tree and birch tree are especially weird. They should be able to grow in more cold temperature, because they are trees in cold biomes.
Tundra lands have some pine trees and birch trees, but growing them is almost impossible because temperature is so cold.
If it's impossible, why do tundra lands have these trees?
