Strapping people down in medical beds in case they have a mental break, because having them get up and wander when they need treatment is annoying.

I had a pawn break from tried, but she wandered around, getting even more tried, exactly what made her break. Instead, what if the mental break she had corresponded with what caused it? For example she could have went to her room to sleep and refuse to get up. Another thing that didn't make sense to me was when another pawn broke from a little pain and binged on drugs. From just a little pain? There could also be different tiers of mental breaks, depends on how serious the cause is, a break from being tired wouldn't be as bad as a break because of exhaustion.
