Change temporary priority for all people in one click

Have you guys tried my enhanced tabs mod?

It's not able to do 'temporary' priorities, but it does allow for copy/pasting of priorities between pawns, as well as increase/decrease all pawn's priorities in a work type. Additionally, if you want different presets, Wivex did a 'work presets' mod a while back that should be able to fill that void.

BTW, temporary or zone based priorities requires core gameplay changes, while these two mods are basically 'just' UI tweaks. Core gameplay changes are a lot harder to get right .
