Steam Keys

When RimWorld is released on Steam (this year in theory) will those of us who already have it and have supported it in Alpha get Steam Keys? I don't like the idea of buying it a second time on Steam.

Both the kickstarter and the main page say that you will get a steam key if Rimworld ends up on steam

Yes you will get a steam key when they become available.
There is no known date at this moment. Altough the game has been greenlight.

I wouldnt be too sure, Tynan wants to get the core parts of the game down before it lets the steam floods in.

But really, I don't really care about steam keys. I can never use Steam from my country, for some reason.

personally I don't touch steam if I can avoid it, but I know several that are the reverse.. won't touch games that aren't on Steam.

Though considering how much I've enjoyed the early Alpha of the game.. I would have no problem popping another 20 bucks.
