I like this idea although I'd suggest that accelerated pregnancy/aging would be ideal from a gameplay perspective. We already have days that last just long enough to walk about 300 meters.

That would be a really fun mod - I noticed one of my colonists (someone I arrested) has 'pregnant' under their qualities. Hilarious. Perma-pregnant?! Even if there's no mod, I wonder if Tynan has plans for that characteristic? I'm playing vanilla so far.
