Pawn Specific Bills

I suggest allowing bills to be pawn specific. Now I know bills can be skill specific, but I would love to be able to have a bill for one pawn and one pawn only. My issue is, when I have multiple crafting pawns at similar skill levels they will both start working on the bill leaving one project unfinished. I know you can just cancel a project at a loss of a few bits of resource. However, on major things like power armor, it can be source of cringe. Furthermore, I feel as though if you added the option to make a bill specific to one pawn it could eliminate some resource waste and a little micromanagement. Also, I would love Ludeon Studios more than I already do.

It's a good suggestion. Would love to see it in vanilla game. And if you use mods you can have it now. Better Workbench Management:

I'd like to see this extended to construction as well, nothing worse than the wall building guy making beds and furniture before your L15 builder gets there.

Use Hatti's "Quality Builder" to prevent that. (until/if something like this is added to vanilla)

+1 to this :)

I mostly use mods to make bad cooks stay in the butchering table to train their cooking skill and good cooks to cook food.

Same story with stonecutting table and tailoring tables or art tables just make sure they aren't made by one person.

One "happy family" in the rims...

Absolutely +1 to this. I've missed this functionality in the base game for a very long time.

Presently I try to examine the skills of every crafter to make sure i set the skill interval exactly right so only the pawn I want doing a particular set of pieces gets to work on them. This QOL addition would be great.

Yeah, I'd like to see this. It's something that makes having a smooth operating fort in DF possible. Having different stations with different orders assigned to a specific dwarf.
