Fresh install and a wall of red text

Took a break after playing beta 18 and figured I'd give it a go with 1.0. After installing and booting it up again I notice the debug log going for pages down. I dismiss it but figure out real soon that the game is borked as it wont send down my colonists.

Not gonna pretend that I know my debug stuff, but at a glance, to me, it looks like the game is trying to run some mods that I don't have installed/active. I figure that there is something somewhere that I gotta delete but; that's why I'm asking you gents.

Hi,
you should blame steam for their uninstall/update philosophy.
Your issue is a common problem after updates, steam didn't remove old files.

Enter your Rimworld installation, then enter the mods folder, and delete the complete Core folder.
Then let steam repair/install it.
That should fix your problem.

Yup, that fixed it. Had a single red line on startup but its not game-breaking. Thank you.
