I have power armor researched, where do I find the the bill to craft it?

Where I have looked (thoroughly and multiple times without finding it):
Machining Table
Electric Smithy
Fabrication Bench

Are you sure it's not in the Fabrication Bench? Maybe you didn't research it fully?

oooh I see. No I did not know, my bad. Yeah Marine Armor is there. Thanks!    (Perhaps the research entry named "Power Armor" needs an update to it's description and/or name )
