This is a strange one. I was just attacked by burrowing insects and they left a few piles of jelly. The entire room was cleaned up but the jelly remains.

  • The stockpile in the top-left is marked to take Insect Jelly
  • There is room for it
  • All pawns are marked for hauling and one of them only has hauling and a few of the emergency priorities (this pawn is also seen as idle)
  • The jelly isn't "disabled" for hauling
  • I was using a mod called Robots++ and the two Hauling Bots (that only haul) wouldn't touch it, either. They just idled after periodic work was done.
  • The dog in the center just ate the jelly a few seconds before this screenshot, so jelly is still acknowledged by the game in some way.

All mods have been disabled.

I'm including my save file so it can be tested. I assume you could just press 4 and watch the Jelly sit there for a long time, as I did before and after I disabled all my mods. I hope this isn't an ID10T error. I can't think of anything else it could be.

What message do you got , when you try to force a pawn to haul the jelly ?
If you get "no designated stockpile" or such kind, maybe just try to recreate the tradebeacon stockpile.

Food in prison doesn't get hauled. Turn the beds into non-prisoner beds and it will be hauled.
If you don't get the tooltip, it must be your mods still.

This can be closed.

If players like me forget to try to force an item in prison to be hauled by right-clicking on it, thereby not realizing it can't be hauled, maybe a small "prison" icon in place of the usual "red X" icon would help with any confusion? Or something on mouse-over, or something in the description of the item when clicked on? Food for thought.

Thanks for following up.

There are some design clarity issues here.
