Game freezes every few seconds (B19) [Closed: Non-response]

In beta 19, my game seems to freeze for a moment every few seconds. My mouse/cursos still moves, however the pawns/animals/etc do not.
I have recently taken my save file from Beta 18 to 19. I was messing around a bit with the dev tool and some of the new features of the game. I had just killed an animal and abandoned one of my settlements, as it was almost destroyed. I am used to occasional freezing of the game, like during auto saves or right before a large raid while the game tries to load everything. However, this is freezing every few seconds during simple gameplay.
I can't figure out how to compress files, I'm kinda dumb when it comes to that stuff.

Hi,
to compress files you need a tool like WinZip/WinRar,7z for windows. Other OS have similar tools.

The freezes indicate that some serious issues are up.
It would allready be helpful when you are posting the error log look here to locate them:

But basicly i suggest if you still got an old B18 safegame, you install B18 rimworld too, and keep playing B18 until you finish or got bored with that gameplay.
Then start a new B19 colony.
