My settlers don't spawn [1.0.2059]

I try to start a colony and my settlers don't spawn in the world. Even in the tutorial they don't spawn. I try to restart my game, to reinstall... I don't know how to fix this

If you use steam version,
enter your rimworld install, enter Mods and delete Core folder.
Then let steam repair/reinstall it.
