Game crashing even after uninstalling mods

I was planning on playing Rimworld and somehow, despite having not touched the game in around 2 months it's come up with a a crash report, i'm wondering if its an issue with the one or two updates i missed. i have the crash report folder in the local files and am willing to send it to one of the devs if asked but as it stands i cannot get in-game (i'm using steam FYI)

since you don't want to share the logfile with us, my suggestion for you are.
Manual delete the Rimworld installation folder (not uninstall) and then let steam repair/reinstall it.

If it still crash after, that a logfile would be useful, to locate the logfile read the sticky of this subforum.
