I need custom comp/help

I believe its not that hard to make. Im trying to make a certain building to set a game-condition when built or flicked. I need .dll I cant make myself. Im trying to make some sort of building that is time consuming to built, but when built can trigger victory (preferably) or planet-killer incoming thing. (Kinda like ending game with building spaceship is like).

I need this for neolithic or medieval play-troughs (and you never tech-advance). Idea is that you need some sort of sacred or "magical" object (built out of 10000 gold), to be able to end a game.

I tried this with implementing this below into custom building but it doesn't seem to work.

Under ship core it seems there isnt any code that indicates a switch to escape the planet.

Also I dont care how it makes the game end, it just needs the game to end, even if that means something like destroy all things (found in dev menu)

At the scenario editor there is a part "Planetkiller weapon incomming".
Maybe you can use that.
