[1.3.3069] Colonists prefer raw Corn over Fine Vegetarian Meal

Ever since I started making Vegetarian Fine Meals instead of normal Fine Meals, my colonists seem to prefer eating raw corn instead.
I would expect them to eat the Vegetarian Fine Meals because it gives them a mood buff, unlike raw corn.
As a result, I now have to keep force-feeding them the Vegetarian Fine Meals.

I've attached the save file where this is occurring, I might be able to follow up shortly with a new save file where a colonist is actually about to eat corn as well, since that might be more helpful.

Hi,
you didn't enable public sharing for the savegame.
Did you check the food policy, that these meal is enabled ?

Oh, I checked their food restrictions and now I see that the default "Lavish" food restriction does not include "Vegetarian" or "Carnivorous" meals by default...
Okay, nevermind then this isn't a bug after all, just maybe not super intuitive. Thank you.

In vanilla Luxurious does include "Fine Vegetarion Meal". So I am guessing this was caused by a mod.
Or maybe using a savegame created in some beta?
