savegames keep breaking - error every time raid tries to spawn =(

I've restarted a few times now and when I start out, everything seems fine...but after a few days of playing I start getting errors anytime a raid is supposed to spawn:

this seems like the relevant problem area? not sure what mod would be causing...

any ideas on how to fix? would love to figure this out!

Hi,
the problems is one of the Alienraces, but i can't say which one.

And before you start a colony you should fix the error's you got after you start Rimworld (take a look at the 2.link from my signature).
