Binging only works with beer. They wont go for anything else without a dll mod to make them. Your wine is only food basically so if its of lower quality than anything else available they wont touch it. As far as i can tell anyway.

Well that seems like an oversight on Tynan's part. But does that mean the other mods that add drugs don't work too? Or do they actually have a .dll that I didn't notice?

you have to manually code the effect of the hediffs that your thing adds when consumed, but nowhere in that mod does it state it will be used when binging as far as I can see, Ive seen Tynan state this is all very hard codey right now.

Well I am just using the same Hediff that beer is using. So that part should be fine. I just can't get the colonists to consume the wine though so the Hediff doesn't even matter.

I can right click and make them consume it no problem. Or do you mean on their own?

I meant on their own and during binges.

I thought you would say that, have you played A9, colonists dont "eat" drink when they are hungry....think about it. They will only consume on command or in a binge and as stated on command works and binge is hard coded to beer.

My brain just hurts too much right now. It just slaps black screen on my face
so I can't see the error log thingie at all and can't quite locate what's wrong
and It's way too long for my eyes to see anything out of order in there =P

I've played maybe 2 games. One was focused primarily on testing Xtra Plants though. Neither of them has had beer production. Thanks for the help.

I managed to fix it, it refused to load first few times
tried again after shortish break =P works like a charm now

Your brain must have been out of shinzy. Don't forget to refill your shinzy meter every once in a while.
