Out of steam keys

Haven't been active in a while and just redownloaded the game. In the email it says "out of steam keys, try tomorrow". Any expectation on when I will receive a key?

Here's a passage taken directly from the FAQ on the main page.
Will I get a Steam key?
– It depends when you bought the game. If you bought the game on or before November 4, 2014 you will get a key when the game is released on Steam. If you bought the game after that, we will try to get you a Steam key but Valve's policies prevent us from being able to guarantee this.

Hello, I've bought the game in early 2014.
I've got the same "out of keys, try tomorrow" answer when I apply to receive a Steam key.
Are the Steam keys released yet or is the keys system delivery still being tested with fake keys to stress the system?

For now it's just a test system with invalid steam keys. And these test keys are out.
The official steam release will be somewhere around the middle of 2016 (this is my guess and not an official statement )
