Items id love to see

I know this is more of a mod thing, but I really enjoy the way  tynan impliments parts into the game.
I'd love to see sone form of robotics. Maybe buildable robot pawns that require crafting instead of surgery, different needs.
And different basic gene variants, nothing crazy, even mostly aesthetic would make sense. I'd love just look bionics, that increase attractiveness and maybe nothing else.
