[mod request] Cuffs for prisoners

It's a pretty simple idea, and something I've been wanting to have in the game for a while.

Basically, just cuffs you can put on prisoners which stop them from starting prison breaks. It's useful for when you have a neurotic or depressive prisoner that keeps trying to break out.

well the strait jackets mods in the call of chtulu mod allows you to create strait jackets that prevent prisioners from having mental breaks and if they escape they move slower and have less manipulation

well the strait jackets mods in the call of chtulu mod allows you to create strait jackets that prevent prisioners from having mental breaks and if they escape they move slower and have less manipulation

Sadly, you can only put those on colonists. Even if you could put them on prisoners, they would still have prison breaks.

you can actually put them in prisioner, just right click on them and force straitjacket, it worked for me preventing prison breaks, because everytime i capture a tribal i just take all his organs and then wait for a trade ship o some slaver guy to sell them to  ;)
