When Caravan leave map "xyz is not a world pawn removing"

It happen now a few times, with different chars at two colony with different mods. Both sets got jecrells Starwars mods active. But i can't say thats the fault, because that happen with pawn without force abilities too.

On temp. maps with the green area around, i could avoid this while i move these chars on the green.
And it isn't fixed on the same pawns all the time, other day i tryed to form with the same pawn a caravan and it worked.
